RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the products from your order (those that are not custom-made specifically for your order), you can return them within 14 days. The goods must be in perfect, new condition and unworn. Custom-made products (color, individual size) cannot be returned. Products with engraved tags can be returned; however, the cost of engraving itself will not be refunded.

When returning, please indicate who you are – write your name or order number.

We are a family-owned online store, and returns, in particular, are very pricy for us. If you have any questions regarding the product concerning size, material, color, etc., we will gladly provide you with information beforehand here.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day period expires on the day you or a third party take possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by email at info@renardleather.com, by phone at +420 608 115 634, or by declaring your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, the customer may fill out and submit the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on the Renard Leather website. If the customer chooses this option, Renard Leather will promptly (for example, by email) send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send a notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Custom production: Any further modifications to custom products are free of charge.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION:

Once the order is successfully canceled, we will refund you the payment including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs such as express delivery). The refund should be made within 14 working days and will be returned via a transfer to the customer’s chosen account. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back in our warehouse or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

Free return of goods in the Czech Republic. Outside the Czech Republic, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The customer will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if this decrease in value is caused by the customer’s handling, which is not necessary to determine the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

FOR EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, proceed by returning the unwanted item and creating a new order.

Upon receiving the returned item in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds should be made within 14 days at the latest. Please contact us if this has not taken place at info@renardleather.com along with your order number.
